Brokers play a crucial role in facilitating direct transactions between sellers and NMC, leveraging their expertise to source high-value deals that align with NMC's investment criteria. By submitting non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to NMC's COO, brokers gain access to NMC's extensive resources and receive a prompt evaluation of their listings including a free appraisal and purchase contract to buy the business at NMC's appraised price within one week from NMC's receipt of the businesses financials of the business for the last 2 years. We will sign any brokers non circumvention letter at the same time you sign sign NMC's NDA. NMC's streamlined process ensures efficient appraisal and negotiation with the aim of swiftly closing deals that offer substantial value to all parties involved. NMC is the only private merchant bank that awards brokers 2.5% of the equity of every business opportunity acquired by NMC. That equity pays the broker 2.5% of the acquisitions monthly pre-tax profit, and 2.5% of that acquisition's market cap as if and when NMC has a liquidity event. List with NMC and buy doing so you will double your commission. The 2.5% is being paid as an advance to the broker to provide additional deal flows in the same industry in furtherance of its consolidating each industry. NMC and its 7 holding company subsidiaries are capitalized with over 500 Million dollars.

  • Include asking price or area of upfront requirements.
  • Listings must generate at least $2 million pretax.
  • Provide financials for the last 2 years and current year's stub period.
  • Include all off balance sheet real estate, inventory equipment, if there is a labor union and whether its underfunded under ERISA LIABILITY.
  • Disclose relevant details such as SIC number, length of seller's stay, off-balance sheet assets, etc.
  • Disclose any lawsuits in the last 5 years and lawsuit outcome and if completed.
  • Upon NMC receipt, the deal will be appraised, and if agreed upon, a purchase contract will be remitted within 7 days with a closing for due diligence within 90 days.
  • Upon signing the NDA, NMC will sign the broker's non circumvention letter.
